Dr. Gergely Palotás – Immigration and Mobility Manager
As the professional leader of our operations, Dr. Gergely Palotás oversees the delivery of our immigration and mobility services. With a legal background and strategic mindset, Gergely ensures that ARC’s services remain compliant, client-focused, and agile in a constantly changing legal environment.
His leadership marks the highest service quality requirements at ARC, supporting the coordination between immigration procedures, destination services, and corporate mobility needs at the highest level of precision and efficiency. Whether guiding policy or refining client journeys, Gergely plays a pivotal role in how we evolve and scale our services.
Dr. Éva Vida – Senior Immigration Counsellor & Team Leader
With over a decade at ARC Relocation, Éva combines deep legal knowledge with client-focused problem-solving. Her impressive background includes a degree in Japanese studies, a law degree, and years as a Senior Legal Advisor at the Office of the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights in Hungary.
Éva is our internal expert for appeals, official inquiries, and complex cases. She leads a team of four and provides hands-on guidance in high stakes matters. Her precision and sense of fairness inspire trust, while her passion for classical music (as a member of the Budai Ferences Choir) adds a personal note to her professional excellence.
Péter Vörös – Senior Counsellor & Team Leader
Péter has been with ARC Relocation for over five years, and he brings a rare mix of legal precision and international experience to his work. With a background in international relations and a CLC Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice (The Manchester College), Péter previously worked as a licensed conveyancer in the UK.
Today, he leads a four-people team handling both immigration and destination services. Clients love his ability to break down complex topics clearly, and colleagues value his steady guidance and sharp mind. Fluent in flawless English and a proud father of two, Péter balances expertise with warmth.
Zoltán Balogh – Senior Immigration Counsellor & Team Leader
Zoltán brings people skills, practical experience, and cross-industry insight to his leadership role. Having previously worked in the hospitality sector and lived in the UK, he is a natural at training newcomers and making clients feel at ease.
With a degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography, he shows how diverse expertise can strengthen a mobility team. Zoltán leads a five-people team and is a key player when it comes to document procurement and legalisation. He’s also a proud dad of a 3-year-old and a reliable go-to person when speed and accuracy matter.
Orsolya Zotter – Senior Immigration Counsellor & Team Leader
Orsolya is one of the most experienced professionals at ARC Relocation, with over 18 years of dedication to the company. Originally trained as a landscape architect, she found her true calling in immigration – and we couldn’t be more fortunate.
She leads a team of five and is the trusted lead on large corporate accounts, ensuring smooth, compliant administration for high-volume cases. Known for her methodical thinking, mentorship, and reliability, Orsolya has shaped many of the next-generation experts in our field. When she’s not solving complex immigration puzzles, you’ll find her on the dance floor as a west coast swing instructor.
